Return Process

  Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, remote controls, and mounting hardware are included.

  Ship to CLIMAMARKET

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger HVAC units.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
