THE BOILER
The EcoTEC Intro condensing boiler is the smallest of the Vaillant family: ecoTEC intro is the brand new condensing boiler from the “Leprotto” brand designed for those who want to approach this type of boiler by relying on Vaillant's high technology and performance but also with an eye on their wallet because it is the most economical in its category.
A body with clean, elegant lines embellished with a bright black touch-screen display , its compact size and weight , and its easy installation thanks to the vertical hydraulic connections make it an ideal boiler for replacements as well as for new installations, especially where space is a concern. The ecoTEC intro is truly versatile and will adapt to a variety of design and furnishing needs.
The ecoTEC intro It is a combination boiler, meaning it combines heating and domestic hot water production in a single appliance. All the boiler's functions and parameters are conveniently accessible from the touch display using its six buttons.
The boiler has been equipped with an e-bus connection so that it can be easily connected to the different remote thermoregulation systems offered by Vaillant such as the sensoHOME 380 thermostat (code 0020260943) or the advanced sensoROOM Connect chronothermostat (code 0010035734), both available for purchase separately on Climamarket.
The boiler is suitable for both internal and external installations up to -5°C , in a partially covered or completely outdoor location by installing it in the dedicated Vaillant box (code 0010030848, available on Climamarket).
Produced for use with methane gas, it can be converted to use with propane gas by requesting conversion from the Vaillant CAT during the initial start-up phase.

The excellent balance between performance and comfort in both heating and domestic hot water production makes the ecoTEC intro a truly good boiler with a certified high energy efficiency . The condensing technology guarantees very low consumption . The ecoTEC intro It maintains the hallmarks of Vaillant quality while combining innovative new components and is designed to ensure excellent comfort and significant energy savings. For example, its standby power consumption is less than 2 watts (less than half that of a radio in use!).
The ecoTEC intro 's primary heat exchanger is made of stainless steel , a material that makes it much more resistant to the corrosion typical of the acid condensation of these boilers and therefore much more durable over time. The high-efficiency pump with full modulation reduces consumption while maximizing performance and comfort. The modulation range of this boiler reaches up to 1:4 of the minimum output power, i.e. the maximum nominal power. When the room is heated, the boiler is able to reduce the flame to a quarter of the maximum power to maintain a constant temperature. This way, not only does it not shut off but it also ensures greater efficiency and silence , reducing temperature fluctuations and electricity consumption . This allows you to avoid constant switching on and off and also keep costs under control.
With ecoTEC intro you can also save a lot Reduced gas consumption thanks to the new premix combustion technology , called fan push, which allows the boiler fan to apply varying levels of pressure to the gas valve, always ensuring the correct ratio between combustion air and flue gas. The result is increased boiler efficiency and lower polluting emissions. This line of boilers is NOX6 class for nitrogen oxide and carbon monoxide emissions.
The ecoTEC intro, with a 2-star rating (out of 3) according to UNI EN 13203, guarantees excellent domestic hot water comfort even at low flow rates . Domestic hot water production is instantaneous.
