The MX135/1 Mini cod. 135111 by Maxiflame is a module designed to safely connect a gas boiler and a biomass thermoproduct , separating the two circuits via a plate exchanger . This solution allows for the creation of a hybrid system compliant with INAIL regulations, avoiding the sum of the power and ensuring the correct operation of the generators.

Ideal for homes with a thermo-fireplace or hydro-stove and an existing boiler , the module automatically manages the transition between the sources: initially the boiler works, then the thermo-product starts working when it reaches the temperature, improving efficiency and reducing consumption.

Model 135111 is the Mini version with a larger exchanger with 34 plates in AISI 316 L stainless steel , suitable for systems up to 30–35 kW , with 3/4” connections and Wilo PARA 15/6 SC circulator.

Compact and easy to install, it is the ideal solution to make your system safer, more efficient and perfectly integrated between biomass and gas.

What is it for?

It is used to connect two different generators (gas + wood/pellet) in the same system, keeping the following separate:

• open vessel circuit (biomass)

• closed vessel circuit (boiler)

In practice: it makes the two systems work together without risks.

How it works

The heat is transferred through the exchanger without mixing the circuits:

• the boiler starts

• when the thermoproduct is hot, it takes its place

• all automatically with external management (control unit).
