The MX115/1 HBL Mini from Maxiflame is an advanced interface module designed to automatically and efficiently manage two heat generators : a traditional boiler (gas) and a solid fuel thermoproduct (wood or pellets).

Unlike the basic version, this model is equipped with an integrated electronic control unit , which allows for even more precise and intelligent management of the system.

 

What is it for?

The module allows you to integrate two heat sources into the same domestic system in a safe and regulatory-compliant manner.

Thanks to the plate exchanger , the two circuits remain separate:

• no interference between boiler and thermoproduct

• compliance with INAIL regulations (no sum of powers)

• correct functioning of safety systems

In practice: you can use gas and wood/pellets at the same time without complications.

 

How it works (simple and automatic)

The system works completely autonomously:

The system is initially powered by the traditional boiler

When the thermoproduct reaches the right temperature:

• the control unit activates the dedicated circulator

• the heat is transferred to the exchanger

• the module powers the system

• the boiler switches off automatically

The HBL control unit manages everything without manual intervention, optimising consumption.
