The MaxiSol TT is a multifunctional electronic control unit designed for the intelligent management of small and medium-sized solar thermal systems, heating systems and natural circulation systems.

Thanks to its advanced control logic, it allows you to optimize the production of domestic hot water (DHW) and improve the energy efficiency of the system, also integrating the control of electric resistors up to 3.6 kW.

 

What it is and what it is used for

The MaxiSol TT is the “brain” of the solar system:

• controls the circulation of the solar fluid
• manages the boiler charge
• activates the electric supplementary heating
• monitors system temperatures and security

In practice: it decides when to operate the pump, resistor or valves to obtain maximum efficiency with minimum consumption.

How it works (in simple terms)

The control unit works by comparing temperatures:

• if the collector is hotter than the tank → activates the pump
• if the water is not hot enough → activate the supplementary heating
• automatically adjusts the pump speed (PWM)

Everything happens automatically to always maintain the ideal temperature.
